Team Lead – CAMA Renewal and Valuation Enhancements Solution (CRAVES) Deployment Project

Service New Brunswick (SNB) requires a Team Lead (Flextrack- Project Manager Level III) capable of leading day-to-day project activities for certain delivery stream(s) in the CRAVES Deployment Project for SNB Property Assessment Services (PAS). The CRAVES Project will replace 20+ standalone legacy solutions with a modern SaaS solution bringing together industry-standard CAMA valuation services, GIS, statistical modelling, sketch services, and business intelligence. Key responsibilities include: Lead the designated team in project delivery stream(s) to ensure proper alignment with project goals; Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications; Support overall project manager and other team leads; Work with vendor project manager and technical leads to remove roadblocks; Track and update project plan; Facilitate meetings and produce meeting minutes; Report status and progress on regular cadence; Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; Identify and proactively address issues and risks; Manage all project log registers; Deliver project status reports and present in governance meetings; Support Change and Communication Management group; Produce and manage project documentation per agreed templates; Follow SNB Project Management Framework.
